The production complex of “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC is designed and built according to the up-to-date design layout, paying maximum attention to occupational safety and environmental protection. The Safety Management System ensures safety in production process as the main principle. “Pipeline Coating and Technologies” LLC responsibilities for health care, occupational safety and environmental protection forms the essential part of corporate philosophy.

Stock and raw materials used in external concrete weight coated pipe production, including anode pipes, have no toxic properties and any negative impact on human body and environment throughout their service. No specific actions needed for prevention from environmental damage during tests, storage, handling and operation.

In our daily activities inside the plant and at production facilities, we aim to provide high level of health and occupational safety to ensure protection of our personnel, clients and suppliers, as well as any third parties, and of course, the environment.

Health, safety, and environmental management system of  “Pipeline Coating and Technologies“ LLC manages the entire operating cycle on location by means of sustainable control elements, procedures and regulations, applied also for activities at off-shore facilities of customer.

We develop basic elements of quality assessment, training, professional qualifications, motivation, and teach our employees to be responsible with the purpose of maintaining and continuously improving the system.
